M White Hires market maker

The M white, manufacturer of pasta and cookies, has informed, by means of material fact to the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), which hired the broker BTG Pactual to exercise the function of market maker of their actions. The contract lasts 12 months and began last week. "The company informs that still 28,355,197 common shares issued are in circulation in the market and not celebrated any contract regulating the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued with the market maker," the company said in a statement.
