FIA confirms sale of Formula 1

In an extraordinary meeting held in Geneva, Switzerland, on Wednesday, 18, the world Motor Sport Council confirmed the transfer of 100% of the shares of Delta Topco, the holding company of the Formule One Group, owner of the commercial rights of the formula 1, to Liberty Media.
