July index rises the prices of construction materials

According to data of the INCC/SINAPI, calculated by the IBGE, the General level of prices of construction materials in the State of São Paulo registered an increase of 0.23% in July. This advance is less than the 0.34 percent recorded in June, which occurred after two consecutive declines in April and may. In interannual comparison, the percentage of July of this year is the lowest since 2013 for the month and 0.68 percentage points lower to 0.91% achieved in July 2015. In 2016, the General level of prices of building materials of São Paulo accumulates high of 1.28%, lower than the value found in the first half of 2015, 3.79%.
