Classy Brands and Florale Announce Merger

The Classy Brands, importer and distributor of national and international brands, and the Floral, cosmetic brand, announce their merger, held this August. The goal is to unite the portfolios of the two companies to give more power to business. Already held by Florale, the distribution of the brands Petunia, Piment, My Baby, Julie & Freshquitas by Classy and Brands will begin in September across the country. With this partnership, the expectation of Classy Brands is to double sales in three years. The company expects that the sale of these products represents a 15% increase in profits.
