Choice of father''s day gift will be marked by utility

On father''s day this year the products to stand out are the clothes, shoes and watches, that should be the choice of 65% of consumers. The research of Boa Vista SCPC shows that the choice will be based, primarily, by the utility or necessity of the item.
If you could choose, however, most presented would opt for a trip with the family (31%) or lunch (22%). Nevertheless, the survey shows that only 18% of respondents will present parents with these two options. In addition to the usefulness of the item, which should influence the decision of 32% of consumers, other factors that should influence the choice are: the price (20%), desire for who will win (19%), promotion or discount (12%) and brand (11%).
According to the study, 72% of consumers plan to buy this at the time, a drop of 4 percentage points in about 2015. Among those who will buy, 64% intend to spend the same amount or less than the previous year. The average value will be R$ 108.40-3.6% less than in 2015. /
