Bemis develops new packaging for Premier cats

The Bemis, one of the largest manufacturers of packaging in the world, reformulated the packages of PremieR Cats, manufactured by PremieR pet food specialist company for dogs and cats. Before produced in cartridge with a bag inside, now versions of 500 g and 1.5 Kg are available in flexible material, with application of technologies to preserve the quality of the product.
The new packaging has Easy Open system, with laser cut that facilitates the opening, and "open and close", which allows for greater conservation of flavor, aroma and crispness of the food. Another benefit is the proper maintenance of the product packaging itself.
"The PremieR pet brought us the challenge of improving the convenience of handling and maintaining the safety of food, and then we develop together a new package of PremieR Cats," says Marcus Vinícius Correa, product manager at Bemis.
"The PremieR pet sought, through the packing technology and investments in its industrial park, provide greater convenience to the consumer in the Pack has been opened and higher quality to the product after packing be open, by including the zipper", explains Marcos r. de Oliveira, Director of the PremieR pet Supplies.
The new packaging of the PremieR Cats are already available at the points of sale of the major pet shops of all Brazil.
