In this scenario, the constant challenges of industries, retail and distributors is to avoid rupture and create a bookmark that standardize the way of calculating the disruption across the country. "It will not be necessary to put an end to these internal indicators of each company, but include a bookmark with a common language, that allows communication between the different" Nations "supply chain", explains Rodrigo Campos, portfolio manager of the Agentrics, company responsible for measurement of rupture in more than 10000 supermarket stores throughout Brazil.
Committee of Ruptures in 2016, one of the objectives of ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) Brazil, in partnership with Agentrics and Diagma Brazil, is to create a standard way to calculate the break. The inspiration came from France, ECR which established and maintains a similar indicator for many years. The first meeting of Committee on this subject, which occurred in May this year, has set the rules of calculation for a shared indicator break with participation of large enterprises at the meeting, such as Carrefour, Walmart, GPA and Nestlé, who believe in developing more efficient breaking system for product availability meets efficiently the entire production chain to the ultimate consumer.
