Rises the number of enterprises that will make restructuring

The number of companies that provide finished the year having conducted restructuring has increased compared to last year. Mercer HR consulting survey indicates that the percentage of companies in this situation has risen six percentage points, reaching 87% (we interviewed 57 large companies). The high is mainly due to the current economic scenario, considered quite challenging.
The study indicated that the operational area is what will be most impacted. In all, 45% of the companies have plans to reduce this sector. Another observation is that only 9% of companies plan to increase headcount this year. The percentage of those who say raising the budget with employees is also small, 4%.
