RI Happy buying network in Ceara

The toy retailer Ri group Happy, controlled by Carlyle, paid about 30,000,000 R$ to purchase this month the Planet toy, in Ceará, found the value.
You Happy not confirmed the value of the acquisition, due to "confidentiality agreement". With 13 stores and 215 employees, the Planet Toy will have its flag.
With recipe for R$ 1.4 billion in 2015, the Ri group Happy (also owner of PB Kids) has 213 stores and 27 franchises. This year, plans to open seven stores and five franchises. "The crisis could result in a migration to cheaper items, but customers do not fail to present their children," said Palmarino Neto, Director of Corporate Affairs of the group.
