Fecomerciosp supports veto of the distribution of bags

As I had indicated earlier, the Federation of trade in goods, services and tourism of the State of São Paulo (FecomercioSP) supports the veto the Bill (PL) No 238/2012, which required supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers and retailers to provide free plastic bags travel consumers. For the FecomercioSP, in addition to the environmental impact, the determination of the free availability of the product contrary to the constitutional principles of free enterprise and free competition, since the reusable bags are also articles bioplásticas offered by the establishments.
