• Among the major difficulties of Brazilians, is eating every 3 hours. Point through posters and practical products easy to carry to be consumed in these moments. For example: individual servings of biscuits or toast – integral or plus cereals; individual mix of oleaginous plants such as Brazil nuts and walnuts; portions already washed or fruit bites (prefer not get dark after cut); portions of baby carrots; individual yogurts; 200 ml light or drinks without sugar; and so on
• If your store has a nutritionist, you can ask him to create options for snacks. The idea is to come up with different combinations and/or form kits to facilitate client''s life
• You can still encourage the practice of sports. Coordinate with academies and dance schools or poultry in the neighborhood to give discounts to customers. To be entitled to the benefit, they may show, for example, three coupons for purchases made in the store. The idea is to prove that the person goes to the supermarket to be entitled to the benefit
• If the store is located in a central business district, an idea is to include in the assortment of options ready salads for lunch. Use posters to disclose the presence of the product in the gondola
• Another important point is to remind the customer to drink water several times during the day, your store can offer various packaging options for different times of consumption
• It is also interesting to distribute material with tips for the main meals. Dinner, for example, must contemplate lighter foods such as grilled meats and salads
• Whenever possible to promote lectures on nutrition and healthy habits. The initiative can be implemented in partnership with suppliers. The same goes for cooking classes that have focused on more nutritious dishes
