Brazilian industry presents world innovation after 10 years of research: is the label LinerFree Bull, which reduces by up to 40% of the costs of labelling

Is a mistake to think that innovation is not part of the everyday life of the brazilian industry. Underscoring its pioneering work in the area of labelling, Novelprint introduces to the market a world premiere, the result of more than 10 years of research: is the label-label LinerFree, who, besides being an efficient solution for the chemical industry, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and animal health, promises to significantly reduce systemic costs involving the labelling of products.
The LinerFree combines three technologies. The first and most significant is the fact that don''t contain liner, support that sustains the adhesive. "After the labelling, the liner is a solid waste that must have proper disposal in compliance to the Brazilian solid waste policy (Law No. 12,305/10). If this is not respected, the industry can receive fines and punishments, "the commercial Director of Novelprint, Guido Raccah. "The label-bula LinerFree already eliminates this need and, moreover, can reduce costs."
The other two technologies of the world premiere of Novelprint are the ultra-thin Laminates and the Noveltech adapter Kit. The first involves the use of films and adhesives from extremely low thicknesses and high performance – with less material, it is possible to reduce the cost of production of the label-label LinerFree. The second, is a device that is implanted in order to apply the labels labeller with efficiency and maximum productivity.
To support its customers in the adoption of new technology, the Novelprint developed the LinerFree Program, a design methodology that brings greater safety and monitoring of costs of labelling.
"The LinerFree Program is performed by an experienced and dedicated team of design and service, at no additional cost to the customer," Raccah.
The Novelprint estimates that, with the new Linerfree Program, it is possible to achieve 40% reduction in systemic labelling costs, thanks to the economy of materials, reduction of logistics costs and gains in productivity.
Due to the disposal of solid waste and materials provided by the Linerfree, the Novelprint provides the seal of autoconformidade "in the Liner in Waste", which proves that the label-Bull Linerfree does not generate any type of solid waste.
