Expansion and modernization BRF Invests 70 Million R$ in Pernambuco

The food company signed yesterday, 29, a memorandum of understanding to expand and modernize its production and distribution complex located in Vitória de Santo Antão, Pernambuco. The investment, valued at 70 million R$, will expand the production capacity and commercial. "Even in the face of a challenging economic environment, we identified a relevant opportunity to expand our operations in Pernambuco, given the growing consumer demand in the Northeast," says the VP of Corporate and Legal Affairs of the BRF, José Roberto Rodrigues. The contribution which will be held in the State is part of the total amount of investments by 2016.
