Supermarket sales rise in October, says Open

SÃO PAULO-supermarket industry sales in Brazil in October had real growth of 0,71% compared to the same month of 2015, reported on Wednesday the Brazilian Association of Supermarkets (Open). In comparison with September, there were 4,78% high.
In October, sales of supermarkets climbed 1,16% in the period of January to October 2015, which gave confidence to the entity maintain the expectation that the industry should have growth of around 1% this year.
