Positive balance-Nike Registers 7% high in profit

The brand of sporting goods registered a net income of $842 million in the second fiscal quarter of 2017, finalized in November 30, up 7% compared to the same period last year. Revenue totaled $8.18 billion for the quarter, an increase of 6%. In constant currency, Nike estimates the revenue advance in 8%. Nike company''s revenues already totaled US $7.7 billion, with an increase of 8% in constant currency basis, compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the brand Converse had sales of $416 million in the quarter, up 5%.
