Material and equipment prices Falling 0.09%

The national construction Cost Index (INCC-DI) was 0.16% rise compared with a high of 0.21% in October, according to data of the general price index-Internal Availability (IGP-DI) of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). With this small reduction in prices of materials and services, inflation slowed in November. The index for materials, equipment and services was 0.09 percent drop in November, after presenting the previous month stability (0.0%). Already the index that represents the cost of labor rose 0.37 percent, down from high of 0.39% in October. On the other hand, there was an increase in spending on education, reading and recreation (of 0.03% in October to 0.43% in November).
