Brazil recycles 98% of aluminium beverage cans

The rate of recycling of aluminum beverage cans in Brazil reached 97.9% in 2015, with a total of 292,500 tons of recycled cans, almost all packaging placed on the market.
The data, released today (28), are Brazilian Aluminum Association (Abal) and the Brazilian Association of manufacturers of cans of highly recyclable cans (Abralatas).
