The gluten-free food market grew between 30% and 40% in the last year, according to Gustavo Negrini, Director of Gluten Free Brazil, an event that brings together companies in the sector in Sao Paulo. "The brands are gaining the gondolas of the large supermarkets, and the products are getting more affordable. It's a market that's going to consolidate fully within the next two years ", says the Executive.

Some supermarkets already out in front in this audience. An example is the catarinense Hippo, two stores, which included the thread between the products of own manufacture. Are 58 items in the portfolio: 16 types of 8 cookies, breads, cakes, 11 13 of savory, sweet and 8 2 toast.
