AB InBev will offer for rival SABMiller

Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest manufacturer of brews, rival SABMiller said it intends to make an offer to acquire the British company, although a tender isn't ready yet.
SABMiller, the second largest global brewery, said in a brief statement on Wednesday have been informed that the ABInbev intends to submit a proposal, but had no other information on their terms.
"The Board of SABMiller will analyze and respond appropriately to any proposals that might be made," he said. "There can be no certainty that an offer will be made or about the terms on which any offer might be made."
