AB-Inbev has just buy another craft brewery

While negotiating the purchase of rival SABMiller, estimated 100 billion dollars, Anheuser-Busch InBev just swallowed one more competitor.
The Ambev closed the acquisition the Golden Road Brewing, an independent brewery in California, for undisclosed price.
This is the fifth purchase of national brewery made by beverage giant since 2011, including the trademarks Goose Island and Blue Point Brewing.

In Brazil, the company joined the Wäls mining and bought the Colorado just this year.
The Golden Road Brewing is the largest craft brewery in Los Angeles and was released in 2011 by Meg Gill and Tony Yanow.
Currently, the brand was sold only in California, Nevada and Arizona. It is estimated that 45,000 barrels of beer should be sold this year through 4,000 points of sale.
