Brewery provides high with franchise system

Fritz Artisanal Brewery, based in Campinas, chased away the crisis with the opening of franchises in the interior of Sao Paulo. The store opened 18 stores in less than two years.
In this business model, the company anticipates closing the year of 2015, in the middle of the economic crisis that hit the country, with a growth of 27% in expansion and profitability.
The Executive Director of Fritz, E. Carten size Schwabe, points out that there are five own units, one in Campinas, one in Taubaté, two in São José dos Campos and the factory in Monte Verde (MG).
"About three years ago, we decided to create a franchise system to increase our market share with the same quality that we offered in the seven houses that we kept at the time. We hired the Praxis Business, which guided us and
helped us to format the best management system. In two years, opened 18 franchises and kept five stores. By the end of the year, we will inaugurate another four houses, one in Curitiba, "he says.
According to Schwabe, the prospect for the year 2016 is to grow 30% with the opening of 12 stores and the expansion of production capacity.
System
To open a unit, the initial investment is R$ 250 thousand to r $ 60,000 of franchise fee. It is possible to assemble a new group shop with size ranging from 150 square meters (m ²) 250 m ².
The franchisee is the Manager and operator of the store and need to pay 6% royalties monthly and acquire 80% of products from suppliers approved by Fritz.
Schwabe notes that, with the franchisees, Fritz created arms to grow into a business model to split profits and share problems or expenses.
According to the Executive Director, one of the main points for the deal to work for the franchisee is that he is not the only investor partner, but also the partner operator, i.e. be the front of the store.
"You have to have a little knowledge and a little knowledge of the market. The rest we teach everything and gives all the tools ", he assures us.
The Chief Executive points out that, from the growth of the home, the partner operator can have a Manager, but always with the front of the business. The rate of return on investment is 15 months. In some cases, this rate of return occurred in six months.

One of the key differentiators of the franchise, is the modern installation of faucets that are directly linked to the cold Chamber, which, besides leaving the coldest draft beer and tasty, decreases operational costs with labor and electricity.
The star of the House is the craft beer produced at the brewery of Fritz in Monte Verde, at the hands of experienced master brewer Franz Jörg Schwabe.
