Green plastic arrives at automotive products packaging

The company South Central chemistry, manufacturer of automotive products, innovates in the industry by launching a line of elaborate articles with Braskem's Green polyethylene. The packaging of the new line of window-cleaner, clean wheels, all-purpose cleaner, wax expressed and preteador tires are produced by Zandei.
Bring on the label packaging illustration of a sports wheel and the label I'm green to identify the origin of renewable source. "This pioneering initiative was an alternative found for us to do our part in order to preserve natural resources and promote sustainable initiatives of our suppliers", says the commercial Director of South Central chemistry, Michel Schott.
The Braskem green plastic is produced from ethanol from sugarcane, 100% renewable raw material. During its development, the Green polyethylene captures and fixes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, contributing to the reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases. The product offers the same features as the traditional polyethylene and can be recycled in existing chain.
