Falling sales of 9.1% until September

But there were high of 8.7% in the demand of heavy and light compared to August
The light and heavy vehicle market accumulated from January to September this year, a fall of 9.1% in plates issued, according to figures released on Wednesday, first, by Fenabrave, the Federation that represents distributors of vehicles. In the nine months were sold 2.5 million units, compared with 2.7 million in the same interval last year.
Only in September, 296.3 thousand light and heavy vehicles were got their plates, which represents 8.7% advance over August this year but fall to 4.3% in comparison with September last year. The Fenabrave points out that, even with a working day unless compared to August, September signaled improvement for all automotive segments.

In the heavy segment, there were 13.7% drop in sales from January to September to 122.3 million units. The formal license plates of trucks fell 13.7% (for little more than 100 thousand units) and the bus, 13.9% (22.3 million) in annual comparison.
Only in September, came out of the 13.8 thousand dealers heavy in high light trade of 3.4% over August but in retraction of 13.3% over the same month of last year. In the last month, sales of trucks fell 12.8% (11.3 million) and the bus, 15.3% (2.4 million) compared to September 2013.
