BELARINA INVESTS IN NEW MILL IN PR

The group specialized in the production of flours and premix intends to expand its headquarters in Curitiba (PR), with the construction of a new mill that must be opened in 2015. With the investment, the industry is 20 thousand m² and wheat milling capacity of 9 thousand tons per month. According to the company's CEO, Gonzalo Chica, the main focus is the quality of the flour and the customer service, with a restructuring of the sales team. The group, which recorded revenue of $ 200 million in 2013, received last year a contribution of Seaboard Corporation, a company of the food industry with capital traded on the New York Stock Exchange and operation in 45 countries, who became owner of 50% of the shareholding of Belarina.
